Serebii.net uses both a jello and liquid design as the content is expanded to fit the entire screen while all the major information is focused in the middle. The layout the website uses is alright but at times the website looks all clustered with information, making it hard to read and find what you're looking for. Navigation of the website is also quite difficult as there is so much content and small texts to read. Although the website may be lacking in proper organization, the website has themes and information that fits with the topic it's providing.
